I love my chickens. I think the best thing we ever did for the whole family was to buy baby chicks and raise them. But... they can be very destructive. We have been working outside as this weekend was just beautiful. First thing we (or should I say Dick) are doing is a new fence for the chickens. The old one was temporary and it collapsed in one of our heavy snowfalls. This had to come first so we can fix some of the issues our lovely chickens have created.
