I had this material in my stash for three years. I never had a purpose for it. Evie has been requesting something made by mommy so... I sewed this skirt. Simple, easy and quick. Twenty minutes is all I spent. Which was great because Evie was hovering over me the whole time...not my favorite. I love how the lace makes this look so delicate and feminine and old. She loved it and twirled and preened and asked daddy over and over how she looked.
When Gracie saw Evie's she wanted one so...I sewed her one too. The fabric is a bit different but sweet. Then I sewed Meg one and the three of them have worn their skirts for days. Such a little amount of time to make my girls so very happy.
